SUMMER RESEARCH

The Institute's summer researchers are crossing their T's and dotting their I's, and the good news is their final reports are almost ready. The bad news is their preliminary findings show that we as a country still have a ways to go both to preserve the nation's cultural resources most vulnerable to climate change and to create a conservation workforce that reflects the diversity of America's people.

We are making progress, however, and the Institute’s programming is focused on addressing both challenges so that park systems are more resilient and inclusive. Make sure you subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when the final reports become available.

SUMMER PROGRAM GUIDE

In the meantime, we invite you to scroll through our 2023 Summer Program Guide or download it here. It provides a look at our research priorities and a sneak peek of the Institute's next major programming initiative: an interactive conservation career map specifically designed to attract underrepresented candidates into the conservation career field.
